Artist Painting Original Flea #948 by Greg and Jeff Quayle

Each flea sculpture is made from light gauge rolled steel welded to design and dipped in clear lacquer to finish.  The designs are the invention of creative father and son team Greg and Jeff Qualyle.    Original flea sculpting was started by father Greg, in the early 70s' and he went from a retail business to a wholesale business.  Son Jeff starting showing artistic welding promise at the age of 6.  After both have had turns in the real traditional job world they got back on tract and created the Original Flea studio in 2004 and have worked along side one another since.  Thoroughly enjoying themselves.

A "flea" is a perfect collectible and reminder of the things we love to do.
